Nokia Purebook S14 with 11th gen i5, Windows 11 is coming to India
Remember the Nokia Purebook X14 that was unveiled in India in December of last year? Now there’s a new model on the way dubbed the Purebook S14. It’s not quite as light as the X14, though it does come with a newer processor and Windows 11 out of the box.
The Nokia Purebook S14 is powered by an 11th generation Intel Core i5 with Iris Xe graphics, up from a 10th gen Core i5. It can be configured with 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB NVMe SSD.

XDA Developers published an in-depth look at an early build of Android 12.1 which details plenty of optimizations made by Google for foldable phones. The mid-cycle update to Android 12 carries the “Snowcone v2” codename and seeing how Android 12 also uses the Snowcone codename it’s safe to assume the 12.1 update will bring minor changes for normal phones while foldables will see most of the action. XDA notes that the launch of the Pixel Fold may coincide with the launch of Android 12.1 so we might not see it at the Pixel 6 event on October 19.
Apple used all-new image sensors for the iPhone 13 Pro duo, with a noticeably larger sensor in the main camera. Especially for the smaller Pro, since the 12 Pro missed out on the upgrades that were exclusive to the 12 Pro Max. Said upgrades have been transferred over to the vanilla versions for 2021, however, so even the iPhone 13 mini has a sensor with 1.7 µm pixels and sensor shift stabilization.
Apple’s Beats Studio3 have a new exclusive design option which is the result of a partnership with fashion label A-Cold-Wall* (ACW). The new Beats Studio3 ACW come in a special cement colorway with subtle speckles and ACW branding. The carrying case also has the fashion brand’s logo though it’s still in plain black color.
The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G that was quietly unveiled last week made its debut today in India. The smartphone’s built around a 6.7″ 120Hz FullHD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display and has the Snapdragon 778G SoC at the helm with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage and it also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion by up to 1TB.
You’d think now that the Redmi 10 is official, Xiaomi will be done expanding the vast Redmi 9 series, but the company is never taking a break on its quest to deliver an ever more confusing lineup.
