Oppo A16s arrives with Helio G35, 6.52″ screen, and 5,000 mAh battery
Oppo announced the A16 last month with the Helio G35 SoC, and it’s now back with an ‘s’ variant.
However, the Oppo A16s doesn’t bring any significant improvements over the vanilla A16 and isn’t an entirely new phone. It’s just an A16 with an NFC chip onboard. That means you get a Helio G35 SoC, 6.52″ HD+ screen, Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1, and a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Oppo A16s packs a total of four cameras. It has an 8MP selfie unit inside the waterdrop notch, and the triple camera system on the rear consists of 13MP primary, 2MP macro, and 2MP monochrome units.

The Xiaomi Mix 4 (no Mi this time around) was unveiled a few days ago and is apparently already in very short supply. A model number that has previously been associated with the iQOO 8, though, without clear indication whether the vanilla or the pro version.

Madhav Sheth, the company’s CEO for Europe and India, has exclusively revealed to TechRadar that the X series is dead. There will be no more devices in this line, which makes the X7 Max 5G launched in India back in June the last of its kind.
