The OnePlus Nord 2 will be officially unveiled on July 22 – that’s tomorrow! – so it’s time for our usual rumor round-up. But who needs rumors when you can get the information straight from the company. It all started when the OnePlus inadvertently confirmed the OnePlus Nord 2 name.

Realme’s MagDart charger leaks, it comes in two variants

Just the other day, a listing on EUIPO revealed Realme’s plans to release an Apple MagSafe alternative called MagDart. And now we have a pretty good look at the charger or should we say chargers. Yes, Realme is readying not one but two MagDart pads.

One of them looks a lot like Apple’s MagSafe so it’s probably safe to assume that it will offer conservative charging speeds. However, the second one is considerably bulkier and shows off what appears to be a cooling vent just below the USB-C connector.

Oppo has put out two teasers for a July 22 event (that’s tomorrow) that will detail the company’s 125W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging and how it leverages AI to optimize the charging process.

Oppo unveiled 125W charging exactly 1 year ago in July, but the tech hasn’t made it to an commercial smartphone just yet. Oppo claimed its 125W charging can get a 4,000mAh battery from 0% to 41% in 5 minutes and all the way to 100% in 20 minutes.

Micromax readying new In smartphone launch for July 30

Indian smartphone brand Micromax is set to unveil its latest In-series phone on July 30. The company confirmed the announcement date via its official site and also shared a few teaser on Twitter.

Based on the latest rumors, Micromax could announce its In 2b and In 2c smartphones. The two yet-to-be-released devices were spotted in Geekbench listings powered by the Unisoc T610 chipset and 4GB RAM.
