Samsung confirms August 11 date for the Unpacked event, quickly hides it

For some reason Samsung is reluctant to officially commit to a date for the Unpacked event that will bring the next generation foldables, new watches and TWS earbuds. We’ve seen evidence that this will happen on August 11 and now there’s more.

This one comes from Samsung itself, the Russian sub-site, specifically. It says “The future will unfold in a new way. Very soon” and pins the time at August 11, 17:00 Moscow time (that’s 14:00 UTC).

There are two GT phones coming from Xiaomi later this month – the Poco F3 GT will launch in India on July 23 and today we learn that the Poco X3 GT will be unveiled in Malaysia on July 28. The event will be live streamed through the brand’s official Facebook page at 20:00 local time.

There’s a Realme event scheduled for July 21 where we’ll see the debut of the GT Master series. ZTE has officially confirmed the Axon 30 launch for July 27 with a post on Weibo. The company also posted first official images of the phone, revealing a quad-cam setup in two big circles, similar to the Honor 50 and the upcoming Huawei P50.
