Google Photos testing new filters that let you search by type of content

Google Photos is testing a new feature that should make finding images and videos easier. While searching for images of a specific person within Google Photos, users will be able to refine the search by choosing whether to show results including: favorites, videos, selfies, collages, animations, movies, creations, screenshots, archived, and motion photos.

As Android Police reports, the new Google filtering feature seems to be in testing, as it is not possible to see the filtering option from any device. The filters also appear to not be specific to a particular version of Google…

Apple today is introducing two new Pride Edition bands for the Apple Watch. The company also revealed a matching dynamic 2021 Pride watch face.

The first is a new Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop, which has the familiar Solo Loop design introduced last year but uses a different color for each of the overlapping weaves. It features the original rainbow colors, as well as black and brown to symbolize Black and Latinx communities, as well as those who live or lived with HIV/AIDS. Apple Music to get lossless audio and Dolby Atmos at no extra cost

Apple today announced that it will be offering two new features to its Apple Music subscribers, lossless audio and Dolby Atmos tracks. Both features will be available in June at no additional cost.

Apple will be offering its entire library of 75 million songs in lossless. Apple’s codec of choice is its ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec), which is open-source and royalty-free. The lossless tracks will start at CD quality, which is 16-bit at 44.1kHz, and will go up to 24-bit at 48kHz based on the tracks.
