Sony adds new black and red color options for the PS5 DualSense controller

The PlayStation DualSense controller is getting two new color options. Called Midnight Black and Cosmic Red, they will be available starting next month.

The new colors are designed around the theme of ‘galaxy’. The Midnight Black version features two subtly different shades of black with light gray detailing to “reflect how we view space through the night sky”. The Cosmic Red version features a more distinct two-tone appearance, and is “inspired by the unique vivid shades of red found throughout the cosmos”.

A few days ago, Samsung released Android 11 for the Galaxy A02s and Galaxy A12. Now it’s the Galaxy A11 that’s getting a taste of the latest version of Android with One UI 3.1.

The new build sports version number A115MUBU2BUE1, and while a detailed changelog is currently unavailable, you can expect it to include the usual Android 11 goodies, such as notification history, chat bubbles, and one-time permissions, in addition to One UI 3.1 features and new Android security patch.

Realme 7i starts receiving stable Realme UI 2.0 update

The Indian Realme 7i joined the Early Access program for Realme UI 2.0 in February, and three months later the final update is seeding. Reports from the brand’s community forums revealed the user interface, based on Android 11, is 801 MB in size under the name RMX2103_11_C.05.

Mediatek announces Dimensity 900 – a 6nm chipset for 5G midrangers

Mediatek has just announced its latest 5G chipset, designated for midrange smartphones – the Dimensity 900. It is built on the 6 nm process technology and comes as a logical update over the Dimensity 800 series with a faster CPU and better connectivity options.

The new Dimensity 900 chip brings an octa-core CPU with two clusters – one with two Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz for power and six Cortex-A55 units at 2 GHz for efficiency.
