We’ve already seen plenty of rumors and renders of the upcoming Huawei P50 series and today we have our first live look at the vanilla P50. The images come courtesy of reliable tipster DigitalChatStation who shared them on his Weibo account.

We can see the display which is rumored to measure in at 6.3-inches, will sport a much smaller centered punch hole cutout this time around instead of the pill shaped one on the P40. More importantly, we can see the huge camera cutout on the back composed of two large circles which should house 4 camera…

Memory allocation has been all the craze lately. Take the vivo X60 Pro+, for example. It gives you the option to extend the memory by allocating storage so you gain extra 3GB of RAM. Well, it seems that Xiaomi is working on such a feature of its own too.

A tipster found buried deep in MIUI 12’s source code a feature named “Memory extension”. It does what the vivo X60 Pro+ does but it’s limited to 1GB only. It requires some tinkering before you can unlock the toggle, though.

Strategy Analytics has published its latest research on 5G smartphone shipments around the globe, and the numbers look mightily impressive, with increases between 114% and 1,165% among manufacturers.

According to the report, the period between January and March 2021 saw 133.9 million sales, which is 458% more than last year’s mere 24 million.

After PUBG Mobile received a ban in India, the company behind the game said that it would release an Indian-friendly version in the future with reduced gore, violence and nudity.
