Sony Xperia 1 III Chinese pricing revealed

Sony Xperia 1 III Chinese pricing revealed

In the past couple of years, Sony has followed an unusual strategy of announcing phones without pricing and availability. The same applies to the recently announced Xperia 1 III but now we have our second hint at pricing for the top dog in Sony’s mobile division thanks to a listing in a Chinese online shop.

Sony Xperia 1 III leaked pricing and launch date for Chinese market

The 256GB storage is listed for CNY 8,499 ($1,313/€1,084) while the 512GB version will go for CNY 9,499 ($1,468/€1,212). These prices are more or less what we saw from the pre-order listings on Sony’s official…

Realme Buds Q2 are official with new design

Realme Buds Q2 are official with new design

Realme launched without much fanfare its latest audio wearable – the Buds Q2. The true wireless earphones retain the design as the first Buds Q but come with improved game mode, IPX4 water resistance, fancy design and a so-called Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) feature. The latter only works for calls and is not the much saught-after active noise cancelation.

The Realme Buds Q2 kept some of the impressive features its predecessor had – 20-hour total battery life with 10 minute charging enough to add 2 hours of playback. Sadly the case still packs a microUSB port (yes, really)….

New nubia Z30 render shows off a cool dual tone design, the phone may support 120W charging

The latest nubia Z30 leak (posted by C Technology) spices things up color-wise – the render shows the phone from behind at an angle that allows us to see both the rust-colored back and the gray front. The dividing line between the two colors goes around the frame.

Well, we don’t actually see the front, not in this render. The display is supposed to have an under-display selfie camera, but there’s more than that. The Z30 could also feature the first under-display 3D ToF sensor for face ID. ZTE demoed such a sensor at MWC Shanghai earlier this year.

Realme sells 50,000 units in China on the first day of availability for the Q3 and Q3 Pro

Realme announced that it has sold over 50,000 units of its new Q3 series. The Realme Q3 5G and Q3 Pro 5G went on sale today and presumably made up a big chunk of that. The third member of the series, the Realme Q3i 5G, became available a week ago, just hours after the Q3 series was unveiled.

The affordable line of 5G phones starts at CNY 1,000. That price is for the Q3i and it includes a temporary discount of CNY 100, which will end a week from now. The Q3 5G and Q3 Pro 5G offer higher end chipsets, 120Hz displays, better cameras and faster charging for not much more money (CNY 1,300 and…
