iPhone 13 mini prototype photographed, the two cameras are now laid out diagonally

Last week we saw renders of the iPhone 13 mini, which showed a slightly redesigned camera with the two lenses in a diagonal arrangement instead of one over the other. The latest leak, a hands-on photo of a prototype mini, shows just that same design and lends credibility to the renders.

Note that this is just a prototype – Apple is months away from starting mass production of the 13-series, so the design is not set in stone. If Cupertino does settle on this design, it will most likely be carried over to the larger iPhone 13 as well.

Realme 8 and Realme 8 5G are coming to Europe in May, both priced at €200

When Realme launched the 8-series a month ago, only the 8 Pro was promised for Europe, the 8 wasn’t coming. Well, it is now and it won’t be traveling alone – the Realme 8 5G is headed to the Old Continent as well.

The Realme 8 will be available in May and it will start at €200. That is a fair bit lower than the Pro model, which goes for €300. Comparing the two, they share the same 6.4” Super AMOLED display (1080p+, 60 Hz), but have different cameras, chipsets and batteries.

After debuting in Thailand yesterday, the Realme 8 5G now arrives in India. Despite some design similarities with the Realme 8, the 5G model is an entirely new device that comes with several key differences starting with the chipset.

Realme 8 5G is the first device in India with MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 SoC. The 7nm chip supports sub-6 GHz connectivity with peak speeds of 2.77Gbps. It comes paired with 4/8GB RAM and 128GB storage which is expandable via microSD.

Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming video demoes new shoulder keys

The Redmi K40 Gaming will be powered by the Dimensity 1200, when it launches next week. Despite being part of an already established lineup, it will be essentially a new handset with new cameras, design and other hardware features.

The clip-on accessory adds two shoulder buttons that attach independently on both Android and iOS devices as long as their thickness does not exceed 11.5 mm.
