The Samsung Galaxy S10 locked to Verizon’s network recently got a new software update which bumped up the Android security patch level on the smartphone to April 2021 and brought new camera features. Those same features have made their way to Verizon’s Galaxy Note20 5G and Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G along with the April patch and new background effects for the Portrait Mode.

Here’s the full changelog of the new update for the Note20 duo:

Pro Mode – Ultra Wide

Ultra wide lens is now available in Pro and Pro Video camera modes.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 announced back in 2019 with Android 9 Pie picked up the Android 10 update last March, and now it’s receiving Android 11 with One UI 3.1.

The new firmware sports version number M405FDDU2CUC6 and requires a hefty download of around 2GB. It comes with the March 2021 Android security and the usual Android 11 and One UI 3.1 goodies such as redesigned UI, chat bubbles, one-time permissions, and a newer version of the Samsung Keyboard.
