OnePlus stops OxygenOS 12 rollout for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro to fix all the bugs
OnePlus recently started rolling out the stable update to OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12, for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, its latest flagship devices.
However, as we documented at length in our hands-on with the new update, it was anything but “stable”, in fact being plagued with bugs and various issues. We weren’t the only ones that noticed either, there are countless similar reports from users across the internet.
Today, the company has finally acknowledged the problem, and decided to halt the rollout. Here’s the statement it sent to Android Police:
We are aware of the issues…
The Huawei Mate V is supposed to come out on December 23, but we still don’t have any proper images of the phone. We only know that it will adopt the same form factor as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3.
A fresh new case leak might have just revealed the back designs of the upcoming Xiaomi 12 lineup. These offer a look at the backs of the Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro and 12 Ultra. The camera island cutouts on the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro match earlier leaks with a larger opening for the rumored 50MP main cam and two smaller auxiliary modules hanging below. The remaining openings are for the LED flash and what looks like the microphone.
An issue with Windows 11 is slowing down certain NVMe SSDs and it has been first spotted months ago when the system was still in beta stage. The problem hasn’t been fixed since then and was recently brought to light once again by a number of Reddit users. As a result, Microsoft has finally acknowledged the issue and is already working on a fix.
The Honor X30, which will go official in China on December 16, could look like the Honor Magic3.
