Oppo will open a new online store in India on May 7

Oppo fans in India can pick up one of the company’s new phones from Amazon and Flipkart, the company also has a strong presence in brick and mortar stores. However, it wants to enhance its online presence, so it will launch a new web store.

The new web store in India will open its virtual doors on May 7. It’s not yet clear how it will differ from this page on Oppo.com, which already sells current models.

Apple Card Family lets your Family Sharing group use your credit card

The Apple Card got official two years ago as the company’s first foray into the financial services market – with a credit card, no less. Today at its special event, Apple announced an expansion of the Apple Card into your Family Sharing group.

That’s right, starting in May, if you’re in the US, you will be able to share your Apple Card with those you have in your Apple Family Sharing group, up to five people. They have to be 13 or older.

Apple will release iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5 next week

Apple has been working on the next iteration of its mobile operating system for months now, and it’s almost ready. We’re talking about iOS 14.5 for iPhones and iPod touch devices, and iPadOS 14.5 for the company’s ever-expanding line of tablets (two new iPad Pros – or four if you count the 5G-enabled variants – just got official today, in fact).
