According to the latest reports from Taiwan, smartphone manufacturers Xiaomi and Oppo are working on their own custom 5G chips and could be ready by the end of 2021.

Unisoc, a Shanghai-based chipset company, is also working on SoC with support for next-gen connectivity.

We haven’t heard much from Honor in the past few weeks but a pair of new listings from China reveals a new smartphone is in the works. The device bears the KOZ-AL00 model number and features a 6.51-inch screen with a waterdrop notch and three cameras on the back housed in a square cutout.
