Samsung is due to release a pair of new foldables later this year as the successors to the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Z Flip. We’ve heard a few rumors on the Z Flip successor and now we have more substantial info regarding the device’s battery thanks to certifications from Safety Korea, 3C, and the DEKRA agencies.

Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 gets sleep breathing quality tracking with new update

Xiaomi introduced the Mi Smart Band 6 earlier this week with an SpO2 sensor to measure blood oxygen levels. The sensor can also monitor sleep breathing quality – a feature Xiaomi talked about during the unveiling but is only now enabling through its Mi Fit app with an update.

The new update bumps up the app version to 5.0.0, improves user experience, and fixes known bugs. The Mi Fit app is available for Android and iOS devices and allows users to manage and update their Mi wearable devices while also letting them access the collected data.

Huawei is officially part of the desktop monitor business now with the release of its 23.8-inch IPS monitor. It packs 1920×1080 pixel resolution and covers 72% of the NTSC color gamut with a 178-degree viewing angle. Xiaomi’s first sale of the just-announced Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro has gone very well. The company announced on its official Weibo channel that the first sale generated over CNY 1.2B (€155M) in just 1 minute.
